Women and children living in low-lying areas of Florida’s West Coast will be able to receive free emergency evacuation thanks to USPA Nationwide Security’s philanthropic efforts

USPA Nationwide Security stands ready to deploy a complement of security contractors to provide free emergency evacuation services to women and children as Hurricane Ian intensifies into a Category 4 storm. “While our funding and manpower last, we’re allocating funds and manpower for emergency evacuations, including the costs of lodging and food for women and children trapped in flooded homes, without power, and in other emergency situations,” stated Daniel Manning, the firm’s CEO.

Having recently announced a $1 million yearly pledge to fund the rescues of missing children, USPA is not a newcomer to philanthropy. Brian Fitzgibbons, Vice President of USPA, stated, “While the money is available and our security contractors are available, we will continue to evacuate, rescue, and transport women and children to safety.

Free evacuations are available immediately and will continue until funds are exhausted. In the counties of Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lee, Levy, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Putnam, and Sarasota, USPA has security contractors on standby.

As a result of Hurricane Dorian, USPA provided similar assistance to Marsh Harbour in 2019. Residents, including children who were without their parents, who were holding infants above the water line, applauded their assistance at a time when their disaster relief security division was already operational. USPA’s evacuation teams will be led by Michael Evans, Kingsman’s Executive Director. USPA Nationwide Security’s nonprofit arm, Kingsman, usually funds and performs rescues of missing women and children.
