The accused had subscribed to several extremist YouTube channels and was influenced by their thoughts and ideas. After a preliminary investigation, police said the accused had no criminal record and had never been arrested before.
Damon Terrell is affiliated with an ancient martial arts club and is also interested in traditional fencing. He also runs a local martial arts club.
The suspect will be remanded in police custody for another day, after which he will be charged with possibly assaulting a public figure, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison and a fine of 45,000 euros.
