WHO Reveals Poor Countries Regarding Corona Vaccine
GENEVA: The World Health Organization (WHO) has acknowledged a bitter truth that poor countries have been vaccinated with only 0.3 percent of the corona vaccine.
According to the details, the head of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom, has said that people in low-income countries have been given only 0.3% of the total vaccine.
He said at an online health conference hosted by Portugal that one billion doses of the Wide 19 vaccine had been given worldwide, but that 82 percent had been given to rich and middle-income countries and poor countries. Not even one percent was provided, and that’s a fact.
The WHO chief said access to the corona vaccine was the biggest challenge facing the global epidemic.
A few rich countries began stockpiling the corona vaccine, a UN response said
It may be recalled that a month ago, the World Health Organization (WHO) had appealed to rich countries to donate corona virus vaccine to poor countries, as corona vaccination has not yet started in 36 countries of the world.
A month ago, the United Nations also criticized some of the world’s richest countries for stockpiling the corona vaccine, with Secretary-General Antonio Guterres saying there was no logic for some rich countries to stockpile the corona vaccine.
