Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has announced that the process of stopping the vaccination of British vaccine Oxford AstraZeneca for corona virus is temporary.
According to Arab media, a spokesman for the Saudi Ministry of Health said that the Oxford AstraZeneca Corona virus vaccine has been stopped by some European countries to ensure safety, while the process of stopping the vaccine is under temporary and precautionary measures. It is usually done with vaccines.
A spokesman for the Saudi Ministry of Health said: “We assure you that the countries that have stopped using AstraZeneca have now returned to it after confirming its safety.
“We confirm that vaccines are safe and effective in Saudi Arabia,” the spokesman said.
According to Arab media, there were 5 more deaths from Corona in Saudi Arabia on Friday, bringing the death toll to 6556, while the total number of cases has exceeded 381,000 after 360 new cases came to light.
It should be noted that Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Italy have temporarily stopped using the British Corona vaccine after blood clots caused by the use of AstraZeneca.
