T20 World Cup transferred to UAE and Oman, confirmed by ICC
Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has moved the T20 World Cup to the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
The ICC has confirmed the transfer of the T20 World Cup to the UAE and Oman, saying the T20 World Cup will start on October 17.
The ICC says the final of the event will be played on November 14.
According to the ICC, the event will be hosted by India, while the T20 matches will be played at Dubai International Stadium, Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Sharjah Stadium and Oman Cricket Academy.
It should be noted that earlier the ICC T20 World Cup was to be held in India but due to the wave of Corona in India, the event has been shifted.
