Saudi Arabia: The mission of providing families with a home, another big step
Riyadh: Another important agreement has been reached under the Saudi Ministry of Housing’s Housing Program (Providing Homes to Local Families) which will assist in the fulfillment of this mission.
According to a report by a foreign news agency, the Saudi Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) has entered into a joint agreement with the National Commercial Bank (NCB) to provide financial assistance and benefits to the beneficiaries of the Wazat Housing Program. Accommodation services will be provided.
The Saudi Real Estate Fund and the National Commercial Bank will provide financing services. This is the fourth agreement between REDF and other financing agencies for the Sakni program.
Home in Saudi Arabia, good news for the people
These phased measures are aimed at accelerating the pace of Saudi families owning their own homes. Mansour bin Madi, general supervisor of the Saudi Real Estate Development Fund, says more steps are awaited in the future to provide financial support and housing services to Saudi families.
Keep in mind that the goal of the Sakni program is to make 70% of Saudis own their own homes by 2030.
