Neither witness nor evidence yet the Indian High Court denied bail to Muslim comedian Munawar Farooqi.

Munawar Farooqi has been in jail for 28 days for uncommitted sins. Even before Munawar’s comedy show started in Indore on January 1, BJP goons accused him of arson and insulting Hindu deities.

Police detained him without investigation and now the court has also denied bail.
