Kashmir Solidarity Day is being celebrated all over the world today
Kashmir Solidarity Day is being observed all over the world today with the aim of expressing sympathy to the Kashmiri people who have been oppressed by the Indian Army and pledging that the entire Pakistani nation will continue to raise its voice for their right to self-determination.
As every year, Kashmir Solidarity Day is being celebrated with full vigor and determination on February 5 across Pakistan, Azad Kashmir and across the LoC. The purpose of this day is to reject India’s illegal and brutal occupation of occupied Kashmir and To show solidarity with Kashmiris.
February 5 will begin with a minute of silence across the country and special prayers for the brave Kashmiri martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the struggle against the illegal and inhumane Indian occupation of Kashmir.
The President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi will address the Legislative Assembly of Azad Kashmir in Muzaffarabad while the Prime Minister Imran Khan will address a public meeting in Kotli.
