The Saudi central bank, Samaa, has released a report on the data provided by the citizens, according to which the residents spent a total of 8.2 billion riyals in different periods between April 11 and 17.
1.7 billion riyals were spent on food items, including 760 million in restaurants and cafes.
693 million was spent on clothing and footwear, while 692 million riyals were spent on various services and goods and 570 million on health.
Other types of fuel including petrol were purchased at different fuel stations for 420 million riyals while 410 million riyals were spent on transport.
