Disagreements can be reduced: Iran welcomes Saudi Crown Prince’s statement
Tehran: (Web Desk) Iran has welcomed the recent statement of Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman regarding Tehran.
It should be noted that diplomatic relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia have been severed since 2016.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzada welcomed the statement by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, calling it a significant change of mood.
A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Iran and Saudi Arabia, two important countries in the Islamic world and in the region, could enter a new era of relations and cooperation to achieve peace with a constructive ideology and dialogue. Differences can be reduced through stability and development of the region.
On the other hand, at the end of his visit to Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Iraq, the Iranian Foreign Minister said that Iran was moving forward to establish strong bilateral relations in the region.
Recently, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said in an interview that Saudi Arabia wants good relations with Iran, Saudi Arabia does not want to see Iran in a difficult situation.
