After winning the series against South Africa, Pakistan came second in the ICC ODI Super League.

After winning the series, Pakistan has 40 points while the English team still has 40 points in the league, but due to the improved run rate, it is at the first place.

Pakistan had a golden opportunity to reach the first position today. If the Green Shirts had beaten South Africa by 42 or more runs, they would have got the number one position on the basis of better run rate.

In the ICC Super League, the Australian team is third and New Zealand is fourth. The Indian team is eighth in the ICC Super League.
